Brewer & Bunney has been supplying and servicing commercial laundry equipment and commercial dishwashers in the South West for over 45 years, and we are the largest independent distributor in the region.

Our Service Agreements Include:

Extended Warranty

For those who choose to buy outright, all new equipment comes with a minimum 12-month guarantee. However, you also have the opportunity to purchase a 5-year warranty with one easy payment. This cover includes all parts, labour and call-out costs for the duration of the contract, as well as an annual maintenance visit to ensure your compliance with all statutory legislation. You’ll also receive our priority service response as standard.

Maintenance Agreements

Any machines already installed can be put onto an annual maintenance agreement. We can provide you with a fixed-price agreement to cover all machines in all locations.

Annual maintenance agreements also include annual gas safety certificates for dryers and ironers. This covers all call-out and labour charges, with parts charged separately.

Rental Contacts

When you opt for a rental contract with Brewer & Bunney, our machines are provided with no upfront cost; and all servicing, repairs and parts are included in the fixed-price agreement. For gas-powered equipment, we additionally provide a gas safety check each year.

Service on Demand

This is still provided for those customers who prefer to deal with equipment problems as and when they arise. We work on a fixed call-out fee plus an hourly rate charged in 15- minute increments. Annual service work can also be charged in this way. Please get in touch, letting us know what machines you would like us to look at, and we can give an idea on time and the parts that are likely to be needed.

When it comes to servicing your equipment, Brewer & Bunney offer technical expertise from a team of our own directly-employed fully-trained engineers. Our well-stocked service vans enable the vast majority of problems to be solved with one call.
